Tea usualy helps my headaches. At least usually does not make it worse. I guess it depends on the type of headache and the type of tea. :mrgreen:


caffiene withdrawal headaches are definitely helped by tea...

I see you can read between the lines! :mrgreen: Caffeine withdrawl headaches are usually what I get.

I get a whole range of headaches :?

tea is only good for the caffeine withdrawl and sinus congestion kinds...and it might make the migraine kind worse :?
