We will continue with this TeaDay for Wednesday. Please drop in and share what is in your cup with us.

Then continue to discuss yesterday's topic.

As a bonus, IF you had a TeaShop, would you specialize in a particular general type of tea? And why?

years ago, I dream of a tea part like a tea store with my idea. Now, I'm more or less like debunix, but no, not everyday or all the time, a part-time for tea, rest time for rest things.

debunix wrote:I want to be adopted by someone who already owns or runs a successful, profitable tea store, who simply wants me to sit in the front of the store, enjoying tea, sharing and discussing tea with their customers, in return for all the tea I can drink, and who will pay me enough for this service to enable me to quit my job or at least hire someone else to do all the irksome parts of it...

In the TeaRoom, aka kitchen, began the TD with a tasting of shincha YM from the O-C with the Mrs. served up in an Ice Split Hagi wan.

Hopefully other members are having great TeaExperiences today! (hint hint!)

I have never really thought about opening a Tea Shop. I just recently got into the tea world and I am still waiting for my Ingenious Tea Pot with the Black Tea sampler. But I guess only time will tell, who knows maybe I have a hidden love for tea that I didn't know about! :p
I have never had tea that didn't come in a tea bag :/
I am currently drinking whats called Yogi
It seems to be a mix of green and black teas with vanilla flavor and quite a few root extracts. But I cant wait to try some loose leaf tea, I am very excited to see the flavor difference!

I've been on a bit of a cigar kick lately, so not much tea. I did squeeze in a Mannuo session today which was rather good.

It's been really humid here lately and I must say my Puerh box smells delicious.

I'd be willing to volunteer time at someone else's tearoom, but I don't plan on starting my own.
