huh...I'm posting twice in a row in teaday?
I'm drinking 2003 tai lian yiwu tonight...I've switched to drinking it in my ebay special mini yixing because I have only a little piece of the brick left
maybe I should get another one?

This is my m/o too. The good puerhs seem to last 1.5 to 1.75 days.

I usually do two. Morning/afternoon followed by afternoon/evening. Typically I brew a sencha, then later in the day I'll brew a different sencha. Although, once the OTTI begins, one of my sencha brews will become a gyokuro!

I started today with a Baozhong which I can't get into, then moved on to an Alishan Oolong in a gaiwan, then some GABA Oolong inmy 50ml, and now I'm finishing up some Dan Cong in the 50ml. I'll probably have a couple more teas this evening. Maybe my 4 vote was a bit low....

Around 3.
Green tea in the morning and another before my afternoon classes, and then a rooibos or herbal at night.

usually start my day with my fave assam, molkabari, very strong, very hot & with soy milk. 2 large mugs. Don't do breakfast. (I know, not healthy lol)
around 10 I usually start with my greens (bai la shu or sencha) + fresh fruit
around lunch i prefer whites (shou mei or pai my tan) with honey. + lunch
around 2 p.m. Tea time
I drink lots and lots of cups of greens (love senchas, also have a Vietnamese green I love at the mo). Intake 1 ltr. plus, easily.
around 16.00. In need of umphf, so a green chai, or a strong darjeeling with soymilk.
diner: veggie. with any green tea at hand.
19-22.30 p.m. some evenings I enjoy genmachia, at the mo totally into black teas. strong, sweet chocy taste.
that is more or less my daily tea ritual. No sleeping probleems at all
I seem to be drinking tea non-stop.
I work from home (freelancer) so kettle and tea within reach all the time.
