I am finishing the day with a nice cup of silver needles. I find it quite a pleasant way to end the day. I find my nightly tea ritual goes like this: 5-9pm = Pu-Erh; 9-12pm = Jap/Chin. Greens; after 12pm = White tea (usually silver needles). Have a great nght everyone!
