OK, we cannot forget about the "western tea"...Black Tea. This is the tea that started an interest in Tea for most of us. So, today's question is, where do you stand on black tea today?

I love black tea, it is clearly my fav and I have it several times a day

About the only black tea I drink nowadays is in Masala Chai, which I like to make with a good grade Assam.

I finished a 5 Tea Day...sakura sencha and houkicha.

Well, technically, I am not done since I am still steeping later infusions of oolong and houjicha.
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!
