More of this midsteamed sencha thats quite good right now. I had some matcha this morning. When did I start drinking so much Japanese tea?

On an unrelated note, it was Herb Fest today, and I had a strawberry basil and a coconut mint gellato that was very good.

I would have to say that my dream vacation would not include tea...I would certainly bring some but it would not be the focal point of the trip. I am an avid surfer and used to be sponsored before I went to college and my heart still lies with the ocean. My dream trip would be to a remote island in the south pacific with my closest surfing buddies and dad and surf a wave location no one has ever surfed before....just eat rice and fish from the ocean.....it would be great!

-Today has been all rishi silver needles!

I'm a day late (and a dollar short) in finally getting to this poll. Had to vote for Hawaii just because, well, why wouldn't I want to take a trip there?
Truly, though, my dream vacation (about 2 years away) is to Scotland, and there are many a tearoom on the itinerary!

Yep, I bought it for a Scottish friend for Christmas.
It does exist. But whether they actually drink it there or not, that is the question.
;o)
