Hm, after giving it some thought, I'd have to say I'm Matcha. Formal, refined, classic, and delicious.

Private sourced WuYi Shan Xian - omg yum.
3.3g/90ml boiling fuji water, no wash cause I'm crazy like that, 15, 15, 20, 25,...
I hit this one right on - damn I'm brewing like a madman today.
[edit]
I am enjoying this tea enough to feel the need to express my gratitude to Brandon, who pointed me in the right direction to finding the goodness in WuYi teas a while back. this one comes from a local source, but his recommends set me on the right branch of the path to discovery.

I'd be an oolong, because...well, I asked my boyfriend and he said I should be an oolong. Great reasoning, huh?

I am finishing up my day with some Blood Orange Rooibos. I am also proud to admit that I finally gave in and ordered a Zojirushi to replace my dying Hot Shot.

Zojirushi is one of my next near future purchases. As soon as I accumulate enough tea to survive through spending that much on an appliance that boils water haha, of course it will be one of the best investments for me probably. My only wish is that they had a longer warranty on them than a year

Some of the posts to this question have made this one of the funniest threads so far! Great question.
I'd be an Oolong: I am who I am, but I try to have a flexible attitude and I come across differently to different people.
Oo, but I want to be a Flowering Tea
: flamboyant and beautiful, especially when in hot water.

I wasn't able to answer this one earlier but I had to post since this is a creative poll! Love it!
I posted that I would be a green tea - I have variable moods (hence the various types of greens!) and come across differently to each person.
I would want to be Rooibos since I'm pretty laid back and quiet and want to live in Tanzania and visit S. Africa someday.
