The ones he ate were the SensationalTeas leaves, and I gotta admit, they were the best looking ones of the bunch. But that might have been because I grabbed him before he could move on.
Nice added benefit, the tea leaves seem to have killed his dog breath. The downside, he is still awake killing his chew toys.

blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!
Thanks Tenuki and Victoria for the extra information. I bought 1997 Menghai because I remembered seeing positive reviews on it. It was actually much cheaper than the younger pu's. But the main reason was becuase of the smell. Reminded me very much of my so-far best pu experience.
I didn't taste the MSJX. This shop is actually the only one in Stockholm where you can taste the tea before buying, but I didn't ask for it and wasn't offered either
I had no idea what MSJX was. It's more than a year old but vacuum sealed so I hope it's not stale. Tenuki, you explained very well, there is so much tea wisdom on this site. Love it.
Of course I will post pics of my gaiwan and yixhing cup!

Posting crazy late, and so much to post on!
Happy Birthday, slightly belated to Henley & Omegapd!
Auggy, hang in there -- many teahugs for you!
**Nice peonies!**
OMG!
He's too cute..and oh so guilty!
The Mac power cords aren't designed too well either, but I'm more much careful with the NEW one.
Bach & Baozhong....nice combo!
I know there was more going on - it looked like an interesting TeaDay!

I am the most unconventional gardener on earth, I must say. I have a rule in this house - "If you can't survive a whole lot of neglect, then you are growing around the wrong house." They get watered when I can...Weeded when I can...And with the ages of the kids, "can" is not very often.Salsero wrote:I have heard that peonies get bigger, better, stronger the longer they stay planted in the same spot. Is this true?Katrina wrote: the fuschia ones that were here when we bought the house and the red ones I recently added.
I, too, had been told that peonies hate to be moved. I had a big stand near the front of the house but really thought they'd be great near the garage. I ended up splitting it and moving half. The half that I left has been doing just fine. The half I moved has tripled in size over the past few years. Go figure.

Belated Teahugz for Auggy! (At least your computer is working now)auggy wrote:Sanks. *sniff* At some point I'll be less unhappy and grumpy. I'm so mad at Dell and getting jerked around by them day after day. Supposed to be "next day on-site service" and they were called Friday and it still isn't done. And I've had a crappy weak even excluding the my-laptop-is-an-effing-brick issues and I'm also apparently having major issues about the vet trip Monday and keep freaking about about Nibby dying even though it has been two months and I feel like I should be better.Salsero wrote:Oh, poor baby! Vent please.auggy wrote: BTW, Dell totally sucks.
The only good thing about this week has been tea related - I got the tea pass box yesterday and a Special Teas order today which included my first yixing.
And dammit, now I'm crying. I hate this week. I need more tea.
