I thought of you last night flipping through one of my yoga books. It has a pic of a neti pot in use. Kinda freaky! Which is why I will continue to encourage you to use yours as I am way too freaked out to try it for myself!

I've found my neti pot to be pretty useful. I just can't get in to the habit of using it daily.

You know the British expression for annoyance, when something "gets up your nose"?

Well...

Salsero wrote:]I don't usually brew my red teas gong fu style, but it might shine more that way. Also, from me "not sweet" is a compliment to a red tea, as I don't like the very sweet ones. If you've got a better brewing idea, I am interested.
try gong fu style it'll taste better, I used 3 gr with my 85cc/3oz yixing. the tea reminded me of a weaker oriental beauty, fruity and flowery tones. not one i'd drink everyday, a roasted dong ding oolong is still my favourite tea.

Thanks for the tip. I will give it a whirl next time I make it! Is it my goal that the spent leaves will fill the gaiwan or is that too much leaf?

1/2 full should be enough i think for gaiwan|(spent leafs). my gaiwan is 100cl and with 3 or 4 grams of leafs it was half filled after a steep.

if i may ask do you have alot of tea stashed away that was bought on impulse (i do)

Clearly, I am a little scared to google neti pot or watch Scruff's youtube recommendation, still, I know I will.

Even more scary is Orguz's 100 cl gaiwan. 5 USD from DTH, and 1000 USD shipping. :D
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!
