New Teahouse...!!!

I'm looking to start a new teahouse in my area. I've been doing some comparison shopping with the competition and don't really envy what they have.

I'm looking to offer a much more contemporary atmosphere. Light and bright as they might say. Local art, charity tastings, custom blends...

Any ideas to help me bring this idea to fruition by next year?
