I'm hoping to open a tea room in my home town. It would really be welcomed there I think. The only thing is, I want it to be different than other coffee houses and caffe's. Of course the whole tea thing is a start but I want it to different in other ways as well. My town is a very liberal one and accepting of new ideas, but it is also happy to decline a trendy hot spot that may work in some cities. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
