Something about a fishie swimming in the tea sounds really ... nice.

These are professional pictures taken by the sellers I'm using these because my camera is absolute rubbish.

And this is the set of a red and a black bowl by Shoraku, especially the aka-raku bowl surprised me with its excellent form and an orange hue that I haven't seen before

Wow, that is lovely--I am blown away by the delicacy and skill of the brushwork on it!

picked up this bad boy in Yingge, Taiwan
made in Taiwan.
not a unique design, but i think it's hand made, and it's one of the finer examples of this style that i saw and loved.

I like the shape. The texture of the surface makes me feel uncomfortable, is there a certain name for that technique in Taiwan?pedant wrote:don't like the pot?bonescwa wrote:Nice walking liberty!

Very interesting texture!
I wonder if the color has anything to do with it? If the pot were brown, the texture would have more of a bark appearance. If it were white, maybe more like cauliflower ( ). But in this color, the texture is... striking? Unnatural? Well, either way, definitely interesting.
