Soft and subtle, makes me want to touch it! Bet it feels GREAT in the hand.

It does, the only problem is that it gets quite hot.

That one looked quite yummy. I've been following his work on Etsy, waiting for just the right one....and that one was very very close.
How does this one handle the heat?

It also get a bit too hot, at least when using it for anything else than greens.

Nice...a healthy use ...Now show us the rest of your Guimnomi collection...if I may be so bold to ask.
...Jeff...
Thanks I'll have to snap a few photos! In the mean time here is another Mashiko yunomi
It has a curiously dry glaze except for the Kaki colored lip, which is buttery smooth and feels nice against ones lips.

This is my first unglazed kyusu. It holds 100ml if I fill it completely to the rim, which is smaller than I thought it would be. Not that that's a bad thing; I literally squealed when I opened it and saw how small and cute it was.

I think it's by Gyokko. At least that's the name of the
rakuten store. Here's a picture with my den's kyusu for size reference

Great little kyusu there. Gyokko has been doing a lot of these little yohen pots lately. But they are quite nice.

Two ultra-mini tetsubins I picked up today from a local cafe (which also sells random tea things occasionally!)
I wasn't expecting much from them, I got them mainly for decoration but they make the tea I had surprisingly fresh tasting, really brightened the taste up for some reason!
The 50c coin is there for size comparison

Finally bought a proper tea tray.....and of course a few other things followed home this delight from Yi Yong Cheol
Including a pretty celadon lotus pitcher
and a very delicately green porcelain teapot
and they all look so nice with my Seigan Oribe Hagi
that I'll take this set together to use at the satellite office, where I have limited storage space and need one teapot able to brew a little of everything. It will be a nice step up from the plastic Kamjove that has been holding the fort for a long while now....
