**maybe this has already been done...so if it has don't shoot me**

We can all talk about our pots and cups, using clever adjectives to paint mental images into each others minds conjuring our elaborate and exquisite tea utensils...But since most people have access to digital cameras or web-cams these days, lets take the imagination part out of the equation and display the real deal.

Ok, I'll bite.

My three cups: My favorite, my yixing, and the ugly goodwill indestructible wonder. Sadly, 9 out of 10 times, it's the Ugly Goodwill cup that sees prime sippage.
Image

Why do I call it an indestructible wonder? Because this is what happened when I dropped one from 7 feet onto the concrete floor of a garage. (Long story, don't ask. I'm a stupid klutz who brings tea everywhere.)
Image

If I wanted, I could super glue the two halves back together and no one would be the wiser. I don't think I'll ever manage to rid myself of them. :(

all the other cups I have are from Adagio- I think I might start collecting pieces now. I'm sure to run out of room soon, though.

I shall come back for seconds because you amuse me so, Tomasini.

My brewing vessels...the tetsubin of awesomeness, assorted yixing, and the gaiwan. The chip in the gaiwan is courtesy of my baby brother.

Oh, and what is that on my laptop screen, pray tell? :)

I enjoy looking at everyone's teaware.

Some day I hope to start collecting Asian teaware but right now I am currently immersed in English teapots and teacups.

I agree, there isn't a "right" way.

Mary: That's it, you've convinced me. I almost bought a gaiwan from Red Blossom, but at the last minute I went with funalliance instead, thinking I wanted a larger one. But now I am going to go back to Red Blossom.

I use a big blue tea cup everyday. Becouse it's easy to drink of it and I dont have to run back and forth to make a new one so ofen like I would if it was a small cup!

But I have a set of tea cups and pots that I use when friends come over or if it's a holliday. They're beautiful and were given by an old lady that have got them as a present but didn't want them. She sad she was to old to have a set like that.

they look almost like this set:
