dang it. Too slow! And I'm in Oregon too! Except now that I've said that, I suspect you are way out in the sticks, eh?

GeekGirl: No kidding, only 3 minutes late! If you guys wanted to split the sample, I'd be okay with that. I don't know what the usual protocol is.
Yes, I do live in the sticks of EASTERN Oregon! The dry, hot, boring side! But the town I live in is only a few miles from Washington wine and onion country so it's pretty nice, not desert-y like much of eastern Oregon.
Unfortunately there's not much tea shopping here, so I'm glad to be able to gain knowledge from all of you on TeaChat.

I have a full sample of Birthday Tea I'd be willing to share... actually, I have about 3 or 4 because I made so many orders last month! Anyway, I'd be glad to share a sample, especially if you have anything you'd love to trade in return... so PM me if you didn't work anything out.

Thanks! I think I have enough sample coming to try it out, which is really all I wanted.
I have GOT to find out what all the excitement is about, you all talk about it in such glowing terms.

I'm not primarily a flavoured black tea fan, but I do think that the Birthday Tea is exceptionally nice with a spot of milk and sugar

Don't worry. It's just a preparation tip
And can I just say, I think that Adagio really scored with the label they chose:

Hehe, that place kills me. I curse the friend who introduced me to Saint Cupcake.
The only thing they don't have over there is decent tea! (mass-market teabags only. blech.)

I have about 25 birthday tea samples and I only used 1 1/2.
It does taste like a cupcake and the sprinkles are very creative.
I might be the only one that thinks this tea is just ok.
The flavors just gets boring...so i serve it to company. ( friends and family)

Oh the birthday tea sounds good. I always like sweet stuff. And I would probley get some from adagio but,see I don't use credit cards I use money orders instead. I's I't more of a vanilla taste or a sweet taste?

Birthday Tea was the first tea I ever tasted from Adagio, it came free with the sampler pack my boyfriend got for my birthday. Needless to say, I've been drinking teas from here ever since. It was so good that I've become a "Tea Elitist", as my boyfriend calls me.
So, I'd like to thank Xine for not only making the Birthday Tea, but for making a good impression on me. You have no idea how much I appreciate it... Oh yeah, the tea tastes good too. (:
