Only sugar. But I keep wanting to try some cocoa powder. Maybe tonight before bed.

I love my sugar..Don't think I could ever go without it, I have a major sweet tooth. But I add sugar and honey and typically add some sort of cream (milk, soy milk). I have had lavendar sugar and it was really good. I love the almond milk and shredded coconut idea, I am going to steal those!

In the summer I put mint, lemon peel, and ginger root in gunpowder green.
I drink this COLD and unsweetened. Very thirst quenching.
I can drink 1/2 gallon on a hot work day.
“Take some more tea,” the March Hare said to Alice, very earnestly.
“I’ve had nothing yet,” Alice replied in an offended tone: “so I ca’n’t take more.”
“You mean you ca’n’t take less,” said the Hatter: “it’s very easy to take more than nothing.”

My five year old son likes to make fruit smoothies in the blender. We use whatever fruit is in season. We wash it, cut it up, and freeze the fruit first. Then we just throw it in the blender with a bit of sunny D or orange juice to help get the blender going. One day I decided to make smoothie cubes by pouring the mix into an ice cube tray. Later that night I was sipping on some roobis and burned the tip of my tongue. I asked my son to get me an ice cube because I am an impatient sort when it comes to tea. He brought me a smoothie cube instead of an ice cube. It had been a long day, so I thought "what the heck", and put the smoothie cube in my roobis. It was wonderful. The fruit added just the right amount of flavor with a tiny bit of sweetness. I bet my doctor would be happy to hear that we blended the fruit with the skins still on too.
