... and I have a question to that.
Do you prefer glazed or raw/unglazed interior of jars for tea storage. So many concepts. I personally prefer unglazed stoneware but I am truly interested in your opinion. Have any?

Those containers are very beautiful, and I see some interesting textures on a couple in the back peaking through. Nice!

For tea storage containers, I prefer unglazed as well -- I think it's a mental preference of clay that can breathe helping the tea to breathe...

Do you find here any defferences between teas you are going to improve during aging vs. short deadline teas? (ok, maybe that is for main forum)

Some new. Same clay, similar shape, different glaze and firing condition. About 7cm high. Will put some more later. thanks

Also, thanks for the pix of the Urasenke ceremony. Brings back many memories. Years ago, I spent almost ten years studying Urasenke-style Chanoyu. Still perform it from time to time.

For the tea containers, I personally, prefer unglazed. I store dark teas in tea containers, so unglazed lets in more air.

I do love the look of yours. I hope you post photos of them once they are fired.

Chasen- that is fantastic you practice that path. I have a great respect for my urasenke friends.
I can learn a lot from them and it was great experience during that silence ceremony.

tea mug infuser?
I (like I think most of TC lookers here) do not like mugs for good tea. Difficult to explain that now, but I am sure you know what I mean.
but ... I was really suffering last year when with my wife and children we spend winter holidays in ski hostel with anything worth to drink. Box with some tea I could take, but there was no place for my tea utensils (and can you imagine one at the hostel table with his own teapot, cups, cooler, chapan and so on, for me is enough to "make show" with no meat eating
Now I am ready for coming holidays !
150ml to the rim (I can use 1/2), testing with OB from Teamasters, works!
