Well, the power went out for a few hours here and set me behind in my plans to photograph and list all this new work. This is just a teaser, not a listing yet. I made some extra lids and saucers so I still need to match up the sets to find the combination of which are best, functionally and aesthetically.
A couple of tweaks to this second gaiwan go-round. These are probably a better size for most folks and are a little bit larger (about 100 ml where lid meets cup), the lids are altered slightly into an oval shape to make moving the lid for pouring unnecessary (a traditional feature I've been told), and also a different glaze combination which I'm pretty pleased with. All-in-all they came out well. I'll list links soon, I was just anxious to show you folks
I also have some gaiwan inspired variations, kind of experimental teapot forms to show you guys too, but now I'm getting ahead of myself
