The flower is from the Snowdrop Tree (Halesia Diptera). It does smell nice. I think you are thinking of a variety of the Jasmine, which does indeed smell divine. :)

Lovely

I agree Geek, it does remind one of a jasmine, one of my faves of the fragrant flowers! Stephanotis is my favorite of the jasmines, I use it a lot in wedding floral designs, although the cost at time can be somewhat outlandish!

As always, really really enjoying your shots! Thanks again for sharing and being part of this great subforum. 8)

Hey folks! I'm on vacation, thanks for the nice words! Most of my photos are 192 res at 1600x. I keep the full size/full res on my computer. The ones posted here are 500x and probably 72ppi. Some of the images are clickable, and I'm not sure but you may be able to get the full size for wallpaper there on flickr.

Riene: thanks! A very inexpensive little pot but its one of my favorites.

you know you'd better cool it down (don't you want it to last?)

I was away for several days, and even though I took some tea basics, I missed my tea, I missed my tools, and I missed my light.

A superb shot, I know it is for tea but it is inviting me to use it for something rich, creamy and delicious :D

A french provincial theme is running through my mind, possibly Soubise, or Hollandaise to pour over my Asparagus

My tea tray is next to my desk. When I have tea, I listen to music, randomly on shuffle. When I listen to music, I take pictures.

I should be allowed to shoot my mouth off...
I should be allowed to think...

Today I also read the news, and am thinking of all the people who aren't allowed to 'shoot their mouths off.'
