Found this Chawan simply irresistable.
So now I own it.

Re: D. Michael Coffee (shyrabbit) Ceramics in Pagosa Springs, CO
Hi All,
Here's today's Crawling Glaze Yunomi from this weeks firing. It was fired in my large kiln to 2345F in reduction and measures 3-1/4" h. x 3-1/8". I'm starting to work on developing a super "plump" almost marshmallow like glaze, I want it to be pure white. This is just the start of the process...Thanks for looking.

Here's today's 2 Small Tea Cups glazed with Alberta Slip and White Shino fired to ∆10 in reduction. They measure approx. 2-5/8" h. x 2-5/8" w. Cold and rainy last night and this morning and now it feels like we are back to summer...? Are they too graphic?
Thanks for looking...

I think those are beautiful, but like this little cup of mine
It's probably very difficult to get a photo that really shows how nice they look up close and in your hand.

I finally got around to ordering one of your large tea cups. Can't wait to get it. I ordered the
Larger Yunomi Tea Cup glazed with Teadust Tenmoku Mesmerizing glaze finish. Looks perfect for my purposes.
Thanks Joi

A small Yunomi group from a recent firing in my small kiln. They are glazed with Ash Tenmoku and Nuka...

Oh, how recent?
Have you been firing the small cups you showed us on the previous page?

Hi Chip,
These pieces were fired about 3-4 weeks ago...I haven't fired the small white stoneware cup yet, but will soon.
