Do you know this tea?

by djpobletay » May 29th, '10, 13:27

A month ago I purchased a IngenuiTea with the green tea sampler. One of the types was called Tron Green. I love this tea and its getting low and I searched for the type but it wasn't listed. Does anyone know what is in this tea or if it has another name?
Thanks

Was it maybe Citron Green? Does it have a lemony flavor? When I got the green sampler a couple of years ago, Citron Green was included.

Is this maybe an Adagio Signature Blend called Tron?

Looking at Adagio's site, it looks like the green tea samples that come with the IngenuiTea are the Citron Green, Casablanca Twist, Green Pekoe and Kukicha.

I'm pretty sure geeber's right on this one.

It is a little lemony and when brewed the leaves smell kind of like fruity pebbles. But I just checked the label and it says Tron Green, maybe it is a misprint. Ill check out the citron green and see if it is the same. Thanks for the help.
