Need book recommendations for an essay

Hello all,

I'm planning on doing my course essay about tea culture, tea customs and how they reflect different religions (Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, even shamanism to some extent, through ancestral worship?).

I would really appreciate any book recommendations as source material, and why not some good websites too. I don't know if there has been any studies specifically on this subject... And it is quite difficult, but I'd like to try.
