Now personally the ideal subject would be someone who is a beginner at tea but they have such natural uncanny tasting abilities they can be mistaken as a master!!!

I just want to add my experience to what others have already said about experts still being beginners with different teas. The experience I had when I drank my first cup of loose leaf tea was somthing I wont soon forget but I think my first experience with yancha was even better. I had been brewing loose leaf for several yrs(not an expert) so I was getting pretty good at brewing. Then I discovered oolongs and wanted to try yancha, which I had never had anything like before. It blew my tastbuds.

I think once someone gets the hang of brewing and then tries some new teas, thats when the best sensations come.
