I read a review of a local restaurant and noticed they used green tea salt.
Honestly?
I found that out a few moments ago. (no its not matcha)
actually green tea into some kind of salt mix they use it in a dish at a Japanese restaurant here.
I'll have to try it out real soon.
I am amazed.
