Lei Cha aka Pounded Tea

What is it?

Mint base soup with lots of vege, peanuts, dried shrimp (optional) and rice. 1st attempt, I couldn't find myself to like it (probably because of the mint soup). Took me 3 attempts to get use to its taste... Now I can enjoy it

I tried this last time I was in Malaysia - a vegetarian version.
