Just wondering, why did you combine black teas? Indian and Chinese blacks are completely different, not to mention Sri Lankan, African, etc...
But hey, to be on topic, I picked black and herbal. Or do rooibos, honeybush, red clover, and pine count as other?

Puerh and Chinese oolongs - that actually covers a lot of variety. Next would have been Taiwanese teas (which also covers green, light and dark oolong and black I would think.) I almost included Taiwanese teas just due to the great variety (and of course high quality). I enjoy sencha (although less and less thanks to pu) but the variety here is fairly limited. Sorry Chip.

Japanese greens and Chinese oolongs.
