Where to buy teaware/tea in Beijing (Not Mailiandao)

Hi guys,

I am going to be in China for a bit doing some work experience. I really want to buy some tea and maybe get to know the guy in the shop and talk a bit. I have been to Mailiandao and its paradise, but its just too far from anything.

Can anyone recommend and tea shops elsewhere in Beijing preferably near Zhongguancun?
