Some love tea primarily for flavor, others for ritual...and others, for different reasons. Make two choices, if you want.

What is your preferred method of infusing tea?

Can only answer, gongfu.

Tea omnivore, teaware agnostic--no favorite 'way' otherwise.

In a teapot  If I'm only making for me, then I will use a seperate cup or mug for infusing.

I only drink loose leaf tea and think that the flavour develops best when the leaves have room to expand.
