Looking for examples/recipes of steeping tea with milk

Hi everyone, I know that in some tea cultures (I'm thinking of chai), you steep tea with milk...I'm looking for recipes or other examples where you might do this.

My Indian co-workers recommended I try this with darjeeling. Hm, I should actually give that a try...

It has been a long time.
But as far as i remember, with Indian Chai you have to add very strong broken tea (not whole leaf!) to a mixture of 1/3 milk and 2/3 water, add a mixture of spices (kardamon, etc) and sugar, and bring the whole thing to a brief boil. When you pour it into cups then it is good to do that from a distance so that the tea forms a bubbly foam on top.
The best taste in India you got when you drunk it with low fired one-way earthen cups.
