Has anyone heard of this Kashmiri 'noon chai'? I saw it the other day online and did some reading, as it turns out it wasn't a gimmick the tea is green or oolong mixed with baking soda which causes it to turn pink I guess it's a common drink in Kashmir.http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noon_Chai

I've had tea with baking soda in Kashmir before, but I always thought it was black tea. I could be wrong! Baking soda in tea is common in Kashmir and Afghanistan, I believe.
