Sure Chado, here's the website: http://www.sevencups.com/tea_shop/Bai-M ... -2012.html

I should probably mention that I get the most steeps when using a gaiwan filled a little over a fourth of the way with leaves. I've gotten several steeps out of other brands' Bai Mu Dan, but I feel like Seven Cups's is some of the freshest I've tried.

Thanks for the Shou Mei recommendation! I just ordered some stuff from Five Star, and I'll be sure to try theirs out.

"White Whisper" a Kenyan White tea from Phoenix Teashop. Smells very lovely, almost like a fresh fruit salad. I'm brewing it grandpa style.

Its a very delicious and easy drinking tea, I should revisit a lot more white teas.

I often get that feeling when I brew up some white tea. I don't drink it as often as I'd like to, because it deteriorates so quickly after brewing, and needs to be brewed and drunk up immediately.

I am drinking today for the first time some Ya Bao tea the Fragrant Cup. The dry and wet leaves smell pungently fresh, but the broth tastes very light and sweet.

brewing up some Ye Fang Bai Cha from Norbu today, a quiet afternoon in the office when I can take my time with the brewing and not be interrupted in the drinking: a sweet, fruity, floral and entirely lovely tea, with my present infusion--the third, now up from 150 and 160 to 170 degrees--the best yet. Mmmmm.

Ya Bao wild camellia buds. So sweet, floral, fruity, mellow. It takes a lot of buds and you don't get a lot of infusions, but it is such a nice thing to ease a spring-forward morning.

I was inspired by chado.my.teaway to give my 2010 Bai Mu Dan another chance. I checked Five Star Teas for brewing ideas and decided to follow their gong fu approach. I half filled a pot with tea leaves, set the water temp to 165, and started with a 30 second steep. This tea is not destined to become one of my favorites, but it was good enough to look forward to more sessions with it. And a good thing too, because when I made the purchase, I accidentally bought two 50 gram bags, one of which is still sealed! Its from Seven Cups, so its a good quality, well packaged tea, which should be finished by the 2014 harvest.

Its been a white tea kind of day. My second tea session was Rishi Jasmine Silver Needles. I have a yixing.com pot that someone gave me years ago because he knew I would enjoy the shape and the chinese astrological symbols as decoration in the kitchen. Years later when I began drinking tea I washed out the pot and tested it. Somehow even the best Jasmine tea tastes better brewed in this pot.
