Would it be safe to say that whatever there is "in" green tea, or rather, whatever hasn't been as "processed out" of green tea, that provides the interesting weight loss assistance... might be present in white tea?
I have a really hard time drinking black tea and green tea. I believe it's a tannins issue. I'm more of a tisane person. But I've tried the white tea and don't seem to get headaches or stomach gurgles like I do with the more fermented varieties of tea.
Any information is much appreciated.
