Doesn't "pouchong" (baozhong) imply a non rolled shape?
At any rate, I have seen some rolled whites. As you may recall, the first tea I ever posted about (on ze blawg) was a rolled white tea.

*Shrug* Dunno...never bothered myself too much with the intricacies of pouchong. I just figured it was more or less any very lightly oxidized tea. With all the rolling that has to be done to the pearls, I thought they'd probably get oxidized enough to qualify as pouchong.
I do remember that tea though...and how jealous I was.
