Something wicked this way comes!

Made from leaves that have not been oxidized.

Something wicked this way comes!

A "fun" topic to poke fun at some rather evil green tea offerings. There is plenty of inspiration for this topic and any green tea qualifies as long as it is wicked in the eyes of the poster!

This tea is soooo wicked ...

"how wicked is it?"

It is so wicked, I cannot even post a photo on this family oriented forum (plus their site does not allow copying of their photos).

Arguably the ugliest sencha I have ever seen.

I made a copy of the photo for you Chip, but I cannot upload it here due to the uploading problems TeaChat is having.

Deer Jerky? Did I miss the original reference to that, or am I simply missing something in translation?

I can remember three green teas, offered by friends or family...

I showed 2 of these here : http://vacuithe.blogspot.com/2011/02/verts.html. Both chinese green teas, the first one was quite a good Long Jing, good surprise ! But the second one, the canned one, was just awful. Undrinkable. Thrown into the litter bin.

The third, a vietnamese green (http://vacuithe.blogspot.com/2010/11/tr ... etnam.html) : Ugh ! Yuck ! (in french : beurk, pouaaah !). Trashed too.
