I would add that if anyone (not living in Japan) feels a strong need to pontificate about Japan and the situation there, that he/she should buy an airline ticket and head to Japan so that he/she can see exactly what IS actually going on in Japan first hand. Spend time with the Japanese people...talk with them. Look at the West from the East for a bit. Maybe even learn a tad of the language.... start to understand the core difference between the typical Western statement "Good Luck" and the the Japanese "Ganbatte" or "Ganbarou".

Put the proverbial money where the mouth is. Telling the Japanese people what they should be doing from afar is arrogant, at the least.

Having just been there in May and June and again now in September, ........ it is very different from the impressions that the Western media are giving. Some things are worse... some things are better.

Second: I'm not telling anyone nothing. I (I mean *I*) would not laught about radiation. That's it. To me arrogant is who don't comprehend the gravity of the situation. To me (*TO ME*) of course.
