I have also noticed nitrogen flushed tea not coming to their full potential until the next day. I will increase the leaf. Good to hear it ages well i actually have a little too much tea open at the moment.

What brewing parameters have any of you used who like O-cha's Organic Oku Midori? I can't seem to sort this one out so that I don't feel bludgeoned by astringency.
