Oddly, I have not been too obsessed thinking about Shincha so far. I guess because I have some pretty amazing Sencha on hand. Usually by this time of the harvest year, my sencha stocks are depleted or at best all I have are some not so fave leftovers. Then I focus on Gyokuro and other teas while awaiting Shincha. By the time Shincha rolls around, I am primed for it.
So, I guess I have a 100 or so grams of sencha on hand ... likely will hold out and not order any til Shincha.
Likely, there will be Shincha OTTI round(s) this year again as well. In fact, I am hoping to expand on it this Shincha
