I am thinking Sencha Miyabi and Yutaka Midori. I am probably going to get the Green Tea Gift Set with the two of them, love the canisters. In addition to that - Matcha Kaoru.

After I got my thermometer and managed to make my Sencha correctly, I am enjoying my Den's samples very much. And so began to think beyond samples.

I also want to try Gyokuro, but don't know which. Any suggestions?
I would strongly recommend Harney Gyokuro. For the money - you are getting an excellent product. Other products I have used are Gyokuro from Teavana, Ito-en, Hibiki-en,Maden-en (available at Mitsua stores - STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS very bad product).
I am reallly floored by the freshness of the Harney product. Their 4 oz can is $ 30 - reallly really really good price for the product. Ito-en is 15 $ / 1 oz and 45 $ for 3 oz - still strongly recommend Harney.
People talk a lot about o-cha and it seems to have a good reputation. That is next on my list. Actually I think I will open up a daily gyokuro post.

If you have never tried gyokuro - I will strongly recommend that you try the 2 $ trial pack from harney - I made amazing 4 1/2 first infusions. BE WARNED - this is like being on crack ! It really is addictive....
