Hi,

My husband and I really enjoyed the scent and taste of Citron Green, from adagio's green tea sampler. What other teas would you suggest that are similar?

TIA.

Spiced Green is just as good, if not better. Apricot Green might be the best of them all, although I haven't tried the new cherry and raspberry, etc..

I have both the citron and the apricot green and both are really good - you're bound to love to apricot if you already really enjoyed the citron.

Around here, you get a slice of lemon with your tea whether you ask for it or not.

Since I do not usually drink flavored tea these days, I usually ignored it. One day, the green tea was soooo bad, I had to do something. The lemon slice was truly magical in how it transformed a really crappy cup of bitter brew into an enjoyable cup.

So, a lemon slice works nicely too.

Are you trying to stick to greens? I really like the Tangerine black from Adagio as well. I can't remember if I have tried the grapefruit, but it sounds yummy. Oh, and Mango is really good, one of my favorites. It works well hot or cold.

I may try some flavored black decafs. I bet the tangerine black or the mango would be great as an iced tea.

Thanks, Chip! I will keep that in mind! :D

The grapefruit oolong is very good, I ordered it recently. It's not as dark as blacks but a nice change of pace from the softer greens.

Seconded on the grapefruit oolong: that is a winning flavor.
