I have been going through a tea slump. I have been addicted to Dragonwell from Teavana for about 4 months and I have been buying other teas, but nothing even comes close to compares. IT IS SO GOOD. So i need a new green tea that will knock my socks off.

Matcha. You know you want a matcha habit.

I think you should give Japanese green tea a try. Its very different, and I know I'm not alone here, but it is also very very good.

I'm currently amused by Chiran Yutakamidori from Lupicia. It tastes like sencha with sweet potato flavoring. It's very odd but delicious.

Although I don't know about your taste compared to mine. The dragonwell from teavana seemed downright repulsive to me.

Matcha looks good. Is there anywhere that I can get a cheap starter set (under $50). Also has anyone gotten the Adagio Green Tea Savant sampler.

You can read this topic http://www.teachat.com/viewtopic.php?t=4130
But I think Matcha starter kit will cost you a little more than 50$ if you want some quality.
