Rinsing green tea? (esp. sencha)

Made from leaves that have not been oxidized.

Well then - I am still considering switching back to organics. I have never tasted any organic sencha. I will have to get some from hibiki or o-cha or rishi.

I simply wish that I really did not have to worry about the pesticides/heavy metals/etc when it comes to my only addiction in life.
I imagine that there are some places you can get single farm/property teas, hibiki-an comes to mind, but i think most labels (Ito-en and the like) you probably are getting blends from blenders. I believe Den's might also be a single farm.
