've been reading a lot of about green

tea and green tea extract as a weight

loss remedy and it seems to have many

health properties too. I've tremndous

amount of helath information and the

latest studies on

http://greentealovers.com related to

both but am not sure still if its best

to drink the tea because of the

hydration benefit as well -- or use the

extracts because they are more

concentrated. Can anyone help?

Please remember that we will all die, no matter what. I prefer drinking tea to "upgrading" other food substances with extracts, but you may have other motivations.

I drink tea 'cuz it's yummy. Any health benifits are just a bounus. If you don't like tea, take the extracts. If you do like tea, drink tea. Why tea have to be good because it's got polypenowhatsits and anti-oxithingys? Why can't it just be a good drink?
Lord knows I eat and drink enough things that are bad for me just because they taste good (hagen-daas coffee icecream...). Can't I eat and drink things that are good for me because they taste good?

I think he's in hiding, working on the great American novel.

If you're out there, Doc, your contributions are missed!
