Hibiki-an is advertizing three blended senchas. What do you think of these? Are they worth buying? The first one seems most interesting to me: "These tea leaves are sprouts that are small and soft and not fully-grown." Do you have any experience from sencha made with soft sprouts?

Hibiki-an never seize to amaze, they always come up with something new, I am curious, I have tried their shinchas, their kuradashi, but I have never tried blended sencha.
The pinnacle grade is made of Ujimidori, that is a new breed that has been ranked high in this years gyokuro competition, and I guess it has "natural gyokuro" taste, but my buget starts low this year.
