Official (All Other) GREEN Tea Vendor Guide. Let's see what happens with this wild and crazy idea.

This will ultimately become a part of the Japanese Green Topic, but I wanted to give this a seperate topic initially since the Japanese topic has been up and running for a few weeks.

Your input as well as your nominations are welcomed. See http://www.teachat.com/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=11926 for guidelines for nominating as well as minimum vendor requirements, then post your nomination in this topic.

After posting your nomination(s), please PM me a link for each one!

Once nominated, I will endeavor to post the Vendor Topic along with a link below within 24 hours.

The approved nominations so far, alphabetically. CLICK on vendor name to proceed to Vendor's Topic:

Adagio
Andao Tea
Dragon Tea House
Norbu
Teance
TeaSpring
Yum tea

The nominations under consideration so far. Once confirmed, a topic for each approved nomination that meets the guidelines will be created.
Hou De
Jing Tea Shop
Imperial Tea Court
Seven Cups
Nothing But Tea

OK, let the nominations begin!

The guidelines call for no links in the nomination, the links should be PMed to me right away.

Thanks.

I know hojotea doesn`t sell enough green tea to be nominated, Tea Off I need your help.

Mod Edit: This topic is for nominations only. Therefore the post was edited.

You can nominate Hojo, they simply require a second from a qualifying member to qualify for consideration for the Green (other than Japanese) category.

Thanks,
Chip

Teatulia would require a second from a qualifying member, although I am not sure one offering warrants inclusion to this category?

Well, now since there is only going to be one thread per company, does it really make sense to separate the nominations?

Ed, thanks for asking. Yes, I think so. Since this is a nomination topic, this tangent will be moved to here when I have time: http://www.teachat.com/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=11917

If you want to view the list of member nominated Oolong vendors for instance, you can do so easily. Similarly, if someone wants to view only Oolong nominated vendor list, they can. The list obviously includes direct links to the vendor topic on TeaVendor.

It is a bit of an honor to be nominated to particular lists for a particular category of tea, for instance an Oolong specialist vendor. Or multiple lists even if there is one topic for vendors who are more diversified.

Maybe there will be multiple topics per vendor at some point, but for now, one topic. We reviewed several different approaches, and given the pros and cons of each, this won out.

Since there is no second for Teatulia within a reasonable time, the nomination is expired.
