NEW WORK FROM KIM EUNG CHUL.
Some small unusual porcelain teapots and servers, and a tea bowl which is made from porcelain plus biotite, a flaky mineral that creates an interesting effect with the white porcelain. Biotite is within the mica group.
There are also some tea bowls of different clays. Please have a look here.

SELECT WORK FROM KIM EUNG CHUL
I have just posted some very choice teaware from Eung Chul. A small selection, 2 teapots, 2 tea caddys, and a lovely tea tray/boat. These items really reflect the genius and creativity of Eung Chul's teaware. Always full of surprises. Please take a look here.

NEW TEAPOTS FROM SEONG IL.
I've just posted 11 new teapots from the Boseong master. As always, new glazes, decoration, styles. He's never resting on the past, but always looking for new ways to express his ideas.
Take a look here.

Re: Tead Off, TEAWARE ONLINE
Beautiful work, especially that startling copper pot with turquoise and burgundy and carving underneath.
Re: Tead Off, TEAWARE ONLINE
That glaze that Debunix admired is even more beautiful in person. I was fortunate enough to snag a kyusu and matching cup earlier this year, along with a server with the same glaze.

NEW WORK FROM KIM EUNG CHUL
There are a number of new teapots and servers that Eung Chul has made available. He has taken up from where he left off with the last posting of his work. The teaware is made from porcelain with biotite and shino glazed and some with chrome red glaze which was oxidiation fired. There are also some works made from the clay that is used to make Onggi ware mixed with stoneware to harden the firing so there is no leakage. Onggi wares are typically porous and can leak. These have sea shells decoratively applied and fired in a saggar which is an enclosed box to prevent any ash or debris from settling on the item. Several of the teapots are small sized for those looking for something more suitable for either drinking alone or gongfu brewing. Enjoy and please take a look [url=There are a number of new teapots and servers that Eung Chul has made available. He has taken up from where he left off with the last posting of his work. Re: Tead Off, TEAWARE ONLINE
The small size gives one an impression of delicacy while the somewhat rustic glaze does the opposite, & then there is more creativity = teapots that are quite interesting. Thanks for enabling us to view this work.

SPECIAL COMMISSION FROM SEONG IL=SAKE SETS
I have commissioned 7 sets of Tokkuri (bottle) plus 2 cups. Each tokkuri measures 12cm and holds 250ml, approximately. They are created using 2 different glaze effects and are reduction fired. With the Holidays upon us, I thought this would be lovely to give as a gift or keep for oneself. Beautiful work. Take a look here.
