Yerba: I just made the best tasting...

yerba mate that I have concocted. I made it so well that it almost tastes flowerly (though to the untrained palette it would still taste slightly bitter). I've made good brews before (and cetainly had my fair share of bad ones), but I must say this is delicious.

And honestly...I don't really have a point to this post...sorry guys.

your enthusiasm for a good brew is both endearing and inspiring!

i've recently been chatting with my mate-gourd sucking co-worker, and he told me he likes to blend it with pau de' arco bark (wood, cinnamony herb) and dried ginko leaf (just plain good and savoury herb).

he hooked me up with some of that in exchange for some Ma Jiao (szechuan peppercorns).

i'm plannign to give it a try soon, blended with some tea. (:
