Mate Help!

I hope everyone is super. :D

I need help. With my recent order from Adagio I got four free samples of mate: Citrus Mate, Mocha Nut Mate, Yerba Mate, and Toasted Mate. I have never tried mate before. What does it taste like? What's the best way to prepare it? Have you tried any of the flavors I have?

Any opinion/advice would be greatly appreciated. :)

currently sippin': cream tea with a splash of milk and sugar
