I drink yerba in a 120ml gourd with about 20g of leaf. At higher temperatures like 150° it just takes too long to cool down and by the time its drinkable the yerba is waaay too strong. Some people even brew it at 170!
Ive found the sweet spot of brewing mate to be as low as 125°, ive never had a problem with it and wanted to know if anyone elsenshares this temp.
