Leaves identification please

This is my first post and I would like to know what kind of leaves are these.

Probably Ilex aquifolium or a member of the Ilex genre.

Right, Ilex! Thanks. So, is it a good choice to drink before bed? Anything that I should know before drinking it? (for example like with senna leaves which are only for specific purpose).
