I need objective opinions. I don't really like rooibos, but I got the idea in my head for pomegranate rooibos. Does that sound tasty, to you rooibos-lovers?

What about rooibos don't you like? Have you tried Honeybush?

Pomegranate would probably be a pretty good flavor to add to a good rooibos or honeybush. I love the flavor of pomegranate, what exactly will you be using to flavor?

I just haven't liked it whenever I've tried it, and I tried it from a good speciality tea shop, too. I have not yet tried honeybush.

I've got plans a-brewin' for custom blends for when I finally take the plunge and become an Adagio customer. ;) In the meantime, I might try dropping some pomegranate seeds into a cup of rooibos or honeybush, if I can get a wee little sample.

Thanks!

I would say that if you inherently don't like rooibos you probably won't like pom-rooibos.

'Tis true, what Pentox said. However it is also true that people who don't like rooibos do find honeybush a nice alternative. Milder aroma a touch more body if you brew it right. Bits of pom fruit might not be as effective as a splash of pom juice. Should be good hot or iced. Good luck!

I drink Rooibos almost every night and like it without any added flavours. The pomegranate reminds me of cool-aid, my daughter likes it tho...
